Shiping Policy

We will ship out all the orders within 24 hours if the payments have been completed or cleared, except on Holidays or weekend. After we process and ship your item ,we will post the tracking/registered number on our website, a notification Email will be sent to you by our system, you can also login to your account to check your parcel's shipping status. All checkout system will calculate the rate automatically according to your order item's value, if purchasing value is over USD300.00, we will choose one of our express forwarder(DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS, 4PX) depends on which way is the most fast and efficient for our worldwide customers.

Shipping methods

Registered air mail :Shipping out from Hongkong, more safer and more faster.It usually takes 7-15 days for the parcel to get your side, registered number will be provided ,customer can track the shipment status of parcel at HongKong Post firstly, and then, as soon as the parcel arrives in your country, it can be tracked at your local post website or local post office:

• www.royalmail.com for United Kingdom customer
• www.anpost.ie for Ireland customer
• www.singpost.com Singapore customer
• France,Germany,Holand,porto rico,Australia,Japan,Italy,Spain...ect.. customer can track the parcel at local Post office.
  
  we are not responsible for those items that are lost or damaged by the forwarder, but if an incident does occur we will do our best to remedy the situation and assist you.

Express Parcel (DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS and 4PX): usually take 4 - 7 business days delivery with a tracking numbers, if have any questions, the forwarder will contact us in 12 hours , and then we will send you email to remedy the situation.

Return / Exchange Policy

All items are covered by a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. We are not responsible for damage from use, improper installation, or abuse. We accept return/refund for defective item only, and under the following conditions:
?Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
?We will charge restocking fee: US$3.
?All shipping and handling fee will not be refunded in any case.

Cancellation Policy

It is no problem for us to end the transaction, but re-stocking fee GBP2.0(US$3.0) per piece will be needed.
